F1 Teams Association (FOTA) Walk Out Of FIA Meeting Threaten New Breakaway

Formula One Teams Association / FOTAThreats of cleavage in Formula One (F1) appear on Wednesday (8 / 7), when the Ferrari team along with seven other teams retreat from discussion was held in Germany with the World Motor Sport Council, the governing body of Formula One auto racing. The meeting will discuss the challenges and the future of F1.

"Eight team members of FOTA (F1 Teams Association) are invited to attend meeting to discuss the proposal in 2010 of that automobile sports. Unfortunately, the discussion may not be held because of FOTA resign from the meeting," so declared by the International Automotive Federation / Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) in a statement.

FOTA, previously threatening will hold the race itself until finally there is the understanding announced in Paris last month, said in a statement that Formula One future is in danger.

FOTA members consist of Brawn GP champion and BMW-Sauber, Ferrari, mclaren, Red Bull, Renault, Toro Rosso and Toyota.

Meeting session of Technical group will be held in Nuerburgring before the Germany Grand Prix takes place Sunday (12 / 7), planned followed by FOTA with three new teams that will appear in 2010 plus Williams and Force India that was sentenced from FOTA.

FOTA said in a meeting with the FIA technical head Charlie Whiting that they are otherwise contrary to previous understandings and will not make a choice because not listed in the 2010 race.

This problems caused only there five teams of non-FOTA, four of them still do not get the points that make the decision, while the Ferrari, the champion who never missed the race in 60 years, seems will be an observer.

Medco Launches Smart Bus For Technology Education

PT Medco E & P Indonesia Rimau Asset launches smart bus for the village community and socialization of the upstream oil and gas activities in Medco Rimau Asset areas Musibanyuasin and Banyuasin Regencies, South Sumatra.

According to Zaid Talib, PT Medco Rimau Asset spokesperson, on Tuesday (30 / 6), the vehicle is equipped with three units of computer laptop with free internet network facility which hopefully can help to increase communities technology education.

In addition, people can enjoy the entertainment technology integration in the bus because inside the bus is available 32-inch television, DVD player, Infocus, audio visual and digital microscope for the observation of things that attract visitors.

"The Bus are also equipped with science book of elementary school education and high school education for all of the students, including education DVD," he said.

With the computer provided in the bus, Zaid said, school children around the Rimau Asset operational area can know more about technology and learning how to operate computers and internet.

In the meantime, this smart car will only operates in two areas of Rimau Asset, but not likely to cover the other operational area of PT Medco E & P, such as SSE block, in the Muara Enim and Musirawas and LEMATANG block in the Muara Enim regency.

Fred Marriott, Francis and Freelan Stanley developed a steam car called the Stanley Rocket

Three automotive lovers from the UK joined in the The British Steam Car group based in the New Forest, Hampshire, developed a steam car. Fred Marriott with Francis and Freelan Stanley, have been surprising the world of automotive with launched the car equipped with a large steam.
This 25 feet long or about 7.5 meters Cars tested, wednesday 25 march 2009). They successfully launched this steam car with the speed is 127 mph. Cars that named Stanley Rocket could reach it's fastest record at 127,659 mph. It made it the fastest car in the world at the time, beating rivals with internal combustion engines that were soon to become the norm. Mariott even feel confident they will be more than up to 200 mph.

Do you have your dream car?, which one day you believed that you will have it with your own efforts. Now I try to share with you about cars that I always dreamed of. This car is Hummer. All the Hummer cars originate from a military vehicle; High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, or abbreviated HMMWV. But Since HMMWV is quite of a hassle to pronounce, the soldiers began to call their vehicles as Humvee's.

Hummer History

When AM General began to produce similar cars for the civilian market, they used the name Hummer. Today, Hummer is a protected name owned by General Motors. AM General sold the name to General Motors in 1999, but continued to manufacture the Hummer, while General Motors became responsible for selling the vehicles on the market.

The military M998 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles were developed to replace jeeps and lighter trucks. As early as the 1970’s, the jeeps and lighter trucks had begun to show signs of inadequacy during military missions in rough terrain and a new and improved type of vehicle was much sought after. In 1979, the U.S. Military lay out the requirements for a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, and in 1980 the first prototype was finished. The prototype was called M998 and had been produced by AM General. The U.S. Military liked the prototype and AM General begun to produce a series of different High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle prototypes. Eventually, the U.S. Military ordered 55,000 HMMWV’s from AM General.

Today, you will find more than 15 different types of Humvees’ in the United States armed forces. They are used a cargo carriers, troop carriers, ambulances, automatic weapons platforms, missile carriers, surface-to-air missile platforms and much more. Fording 0.762 meters is possible with a standard Humvee, and with a deep-water fording kit you can ford up to 1.5 meters.
Humvee Hummer Dream Car Automotive Hummer H1The first civilian High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, the Hummer, entered the market in 1991 and soon grew immensely popular. It was initially promoted by a race in 1990 where two Hummers traversed the rough terrain between London, UK and Beijing, China. A majority of the trip took place on the coarse roads of central Soviet Union. The drive was broadcasted in the United States, and the Hummer received a lot of publicity before even being launched.
One of the first civilian owners of a Hummer was Arnold Schwarzenegger, which naturally also gave the vehicle additional publicity. What made the Humvee’s really famous was however the 1991 Operation: Desert Storm in the Middle East. During this war, soldiers driving the various Humvee’s were frequently seen on the news in America.

In 2003, the Hummer H2 – a smaller version of the Hummer H1 – entered the market. Even though it is not as big as a Hummer H1, it still has room for five passengers. It is considered a capable multipurpose vehicle and the Hummer H2 is used in large cities as well as in off-road conditions. The Hummer H2 Sport Utility Truck (SUT) is a pick-up truck variety of the standard Hummer H2. In 2005, the next Hummer was released. The Hummer H3 is even smaller than the Hummer H2 and marketed as a midsized SUV. It weights no more than 8500 lbs. Hummers are also available in limousine versions. The Hummer limousine is a popular party vehicle since it can comfortably fit a large group of people and has an exclusive interior.
