Shrink Yourself offers some tips about regaining personal power. The site says that once we realize we are not powerless over food, we can learn to make good decisions. And I can say for sure, that's true. I've been working on myself, and I've learned it's my choice. I am not powerless over a cupcake.

Last night I had another dream in which I was in control. In the dream, someone I know accused me of taking something which I didn't take. She had this little fishing rod, and she said that since I was the last person to touch it, and she had lost it, I should pay for it. I refused. I took her to the truck she had been loading things into and showed her that the fishing rod was still it in it. Then I said, "Now I think you owe me something." She said nothing. I said, "That's what I thought." But I was in control.

If you really want to lose weight, you have to realize you are the only one who has the power to do it. I have found that The Secret also helps people find their power. This way of thinking has brought me to a new place.

My personal challenge update: I've written seven articles. I'm a little behind. I've exercised at least nine times. I've cut way back on sugar and plan to cut even more. I'm going to do Jorge Cruise's The Belly Fat Cure plan. A bunch of us at work will be doing this plan. And we really need it. We eat way to much sugar there. Someone always has candy, cookies, or cake. We've gotten way out of hand with our eating. It's time to get it under control.

We've found a couple of articles about the effects of sugar on health. Did you know that sugar has a link to cholesterol levels? Are you one of those people who's tried everything to lower your bad cholesterol and up the good to no avail?  It's the sugar--not the fat--that you've got to cut. A new study just out in JAMA shows the link.

Also, I've deactivated my Facebook page for now.I have some privacy concerns. I'll let you know when and if I ever put it back up.

Pope Benedict XVI, using the Facebook social network to run the religious mission. Through Facebook as the media, followed by hundreds of millions of people from all over the world, Pope invites the young Catholic servant to return to the church.

New Vatican Website www.pope2you.net offers a service called 'The Pope meets you on Facebook'. This service allows people to access the Pope Benedict XVI's speeches, greetings and messages through iPhone or Ipod.

This is a new pattern of communication that is run by Vatican.

Monsignor Paul Tighe, secretary of the Vatican’s Social Communications department said, "We recognize that a church that does not communicate ceases to be a church", "Many young people today are not turning to traditional media like newspapers and magazines any more for information and entertainment. They are looking to a different media culture, and this is our effort to ensure that the Church is present in that communications culture."

However, Pope's Facebook is not the same as the facebook service used by the public. You will not receive a 'friend request' from the Pope or write in his wall.

So perhaps its time we ALL started to think about who made us the way we are and who had the biggest influences on ours lives, share it, then of course, why not let them know personally!

Who does not know Facebook? This Social networking in the virtual world successfully spell of the planet earth. The amount of users around 150 million people! And continue to increase. Thats why we do not surprised if its inventor, Mark Zuckerberg, for many times reach a lot of world prestigious appreciation. And, he is also confessed as young milyuner as long as history.

Mark Zuckerberg founded Facebook with fellow computer science major students and his roommates Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes while he was a student at Harvard University. Website membership was initially limited to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It later expanded further to include any university student, then high school students, and, finally, to anyone aged 13 and over.

Mark received the last award from World Economic Forum (WEF). He was included to 230 people who are considered influential to the world as 2009 Young Global Leaders. The award given to young leaders from 71 countries.

Mark Zuckerberg with the Facebook vision and mission considered to have a good influence for the development of communication and interaction of the world by Young Global Leader (YGL), programs that lift people aged 40 years and under who has the ability to be a good leader, have the vision and the performance affecting to the world.

By WEF, Mark also considered as have a good impression in the public and people around him, and have a willingness to continue to developing Facebook for the development of communication and interaction for the sake of the people in the world.
