"We can not says how long it will be done, because the process will be started with the initial letter of demand (somasi). If they want some peacefull agreements, who knows? So the process can be long but also short," Hotman said.

While for the evidence incriminating the Kingdom of Kelantan, already submitted to Indonesian Police HQ. "Manohara get 50 questions, her mother Daisy Fajarina 25 questions, and Dewi Sri Asih 50 questions. Questions about the Manohara's testimony and the beginning of her kidnapping above the Jaya Airlines plane hired by the Royal Family of Kelantan," Warsito, Manohara's lawyer said.

This information was told by Warsito after assisted his clients on the inspection and investigation at Police HQ, Trunojoyo street, South Jakarta, wednesday (17 / 6 / 2009). This investigation results,will be following up with the witnesses and plus the visum et repertum results.

"The medical report will also be completed soon, psychological report will be made later," Warsito said.

Results of the Indonesian Police examination, will be submitted to the Indonesian Embassy in Malaysia. Next Indonesian Embassy in Malaysia will deliver the results to the Malaysian police.

Meanwhile, when asked about her feeling during the examination at the police HQ, Manohara said she felt the usual course. "Usual, The Police asked me some questions. Questions about what I experienced, and when I have it," Manohara said.

When asked whether she already has moved her citizenship from Indonesian to Malaysian at the time she married with Tengku Temenggong Fakhry, Manohara denied.

"This is my own country ," Manohara said.

In the event, Manohara confess she had offered an amount of money by someone in order to close her mouth and does not reveal cases of alleged torture which done by her own husband Prince of Kelantan Tengku Temenggong Muhammad Fakhry against her.

Issues that is revolving now mentions that moneys being offered to Manohara was worth around U.S. $ 20 thousand. However, when confirmed at the Daisy Fajarina, Manohara's mother, she said that the rumors was not true.

Prince of Kelantan Tengku Temenggong Mohammad Fakhry, 31 years old, reported Manohara Odelia Pinot, 17, and Manohara's mother, Daisy Fajarina, to the police in Malaysia. Lawyer of Mohammad Fakhry, Mohd Haziq Pillay, told reporters in a press meet that they have submited a report to the Dang Wangi Police Headquarters, Thursday (11 / 6) afternoon. In addition, Mohammad Fakhry parties also considering to make some legal actions to claim Manohara and Daisy Fajarina.

"I act for Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Temenggong Kelantan... a police report has been lodged this evening by YAM Tengku Temenggong... we will be contemplating legal action with regard to the false allegation by anybody against Tengku.

However, Mohd Haziq Pillay reluctant to mention details of their claim materials. "I think what I need to say is we have been reporting and submited it to the police to investigate the case further," Mohd Haziq Pillay said.

Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Datuk Wira Muhammad Sabtu Osman have confirmed that police have received reports. However, he refused further comment.

When asked by reporters about the article that will be used to trap Manohara and His mother, Haaziq circumvent. He said that the press conference only to informing that Fakhry parties have made the police report and will not provide any other informations.

President SBY asks for cases that are experienced by Manohara not merely seen in terms of entertainment only. But should be seen clearly because of the relationship of the two nations, which is Indonesia and Malaysia.

"Do not see this in terms of entertainment. But this is a problem of both nations," President SBY said at The Shilla Hotel, Jeju island, South Korea, tuesday (2/6/2009).

SBY requested that this issue should also seen clearly. Indonesia's Government also willing to help Manohara, because she is still an Indonesian citizen.

"Our objective is to protect our Citizens. Let's see this clearly," President hopes.

To Manohara, President instruct that if she still feel there are many awkwardness in her case, she could disclose it to the press. But she must be provided it in ways that both kindly and uphold ethics.

"If you would like to have submitted formally, submit it with the formal ways. May be presented to the press because of interesting, but deliver it kindly," President SBY said.

President SBY also has requested to Indonesia Embassy in Malaysia to initiate further actions so this case can end with the good results without prejudices to both parties.

Daisy Fajarina, mother of Manohara Odelia Pinot, uncurl news which has already spread about the role of the FBI in an effort to bring home this beautiful model from Singapore. According to Daisy, parties which had play many role in that events was Singapore Police Force

"What, FBI? No There was not," Daisy said when asked about the involvement of U.S. government Federal agencies in her house, Anggrek Cendrawasih street, Kav 5-7, Slipi, West Jakarta, sunday (31/5/2009) evening.

Previously, Daisy lawyer, Yuri Andre Darma, confess that they had time to ask for assistance to the FBI, U.S. embassy and Indonesia embassy in the drama of Manohara's decampment.

According to Daisy, they was ever ask for assistances to United States embassies related to her daughter's case. This is because Manohara has a father who originate from U.S. and she also has a U.S. citizens passport.

"We really had asking for help to the U.S. Embassy in Singapore. They really help us there, but Singapore Police Force also gave a lot of help there," Daisy said.

Besides that, Daisy mentioned that, themselves also get assistance from the Indonesian embassy in Singapore. Form of assistance such as provision of a temporary passport for Manohara. "Because she does not have a passport, At that time Manohara was given temporary passport by Indonesian embassy so Mano can return home to Indonesia."

Manohara successfully met Daisy in the 3th floor elevator of Hotel Royal Plaza Singapore. Singapore Police then came to help due to sound of the alarm that intentionally made repeatedly by Mano from inside of the elevator.

Yuli Andre claims does not know about the exact process of Daisy Fajarina can met with Manohara in Singapore. He also can not explain whether the meeting occurred in the hospital where the Sultan of Kelantan, Manohara's father-in-law had a treatment, "I don't know yet what was exactly happened, But they met at a hotel in Singapore," Andre said.

Manohara currently residing in Daisy's house in the area Slipi, West Jakarta. She was in a happy and healthy condition because finally she can back to Indonesia and meet her mother and her sister. "She was not ill. Her face was so bright as can be gathered together again with his mother," Yuli Andre said.

I already treats Tengku such as my own son."

Then in December 2007 when the new year eve, Manohara came to meet Daisy and crying. "Tengku Fakhry was yank virginity of my daughter. Tengku said, 'If you love me, you have to give it to me'. I felt deceived and stolen," said Daisy.

Finally Tengku Fakhry were willing to marry Manohara. However, their marriage will be performed under the hand. Daisy does not want her daughter marriage in sirri (Unofficial Marriage In Religious Tradition).

On 17 August 2008, Manohara and Daisy went to the Kuala Lumpur with an invitation from Kelantan palace in order to introduces Manohara to Tengku Fakhry's father and mother.

Then, By Mufti (the head of the religious) determined that the wedding will be held on 26 August 2008. Daisy shocked, She needs more time to inform family and do all the preparation.

"Manohara age was 16.5 years. After they were married, they went to honeymoon and start showing a lot of awkwardness there. Even just to make an event in Indonesia was very difficult. Because Manohara can not hold, Manohara then return to Indonesia. After Manohara to Jakarta, Tengku parties want to bring Manohara back to Malaysia," Daisy said.

On 25 February 2009, Daisy and Manohara was invited by the King of Kelantan's family to go to Mecca, Saudi Arabia to performing Umrah. On 9 March, they will return to Indonesia. When they went to the airport, Tengku Fakhry and Manohara are in the same car.

"When arriving at the airport, I was surprised because we did not go to the official terminal, but taken to the terminal to use a private jet plane. We were delivered to the front door of the plane. Had not yet entered in to the plane, suddenly the plane door was closed and the stairs was lifted up. The Pilot does not matter that there are 3 people want to get in. I see my child being pushed in the plane. I was screaming, and the plane's wings was almost hit our car," she said

Daisy recorded that, Manohara taken away using Challenger jet plane 300 owned by Berjaya Air, Aircraft Reg 9MTAN. And the pilot was Captain Zakaria Salleh.

"I never expected that they will be able to do things that are not human at all," Daisy Fajarina said.

Daisy immediately report the incident to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Jeddah. Then on March 19, he tried to Malaysia but prevented by immigration of Malaysia.

"I can not went in to Malaysia with reasons that they personally could not explain. That was the request of the kingdom of Kelantan," words of women aged 44 years.

On 23 March 2009, Daisy has been reported the case to the Director of Protection for Indonesian Citizens Abroad, Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Direktorat Perlindungan WNI dan Badan Hukum Indonesia Deplu.
