THE SOLAR PLEXUS EXERCISE

The Solar plexus is located beneath the heart and behind the stomach in the centre of the body just below the rib cage. This exercise if done daily is said to prevent any disease associated with this area of the body, including diarrhea, constipation, diverticulitis, cancer, and other disorders.

Sit or stand and place both hands on the stomach, just below the rib cage. Inhale and feel the air expand your stomach. Then exhale and as you do so use your hands to push in and up your stomach. As you execute these motions turn your head towards the left side as far as you can, without hurting yourself.
Inhale once again feeling the air expanding your stomach. Exhale pushing your hands in and up into your stomach, and this time turning your head towards the right side.

This procedure should be carried out for about ten minutes per day.

Natural healing exercise will help your stomach and weight loss

The simplest and most natural way to lose weight is by this effortless two minute exercise.

Begin by lying flat on your back and relax. If your are right handed use your right hand, and if you are left handed use your left hand. Place the palm of your hand on your navel then gently rub in a clockwise direction from the centre of the navel gradually expanding the movement in a circular motion until the upper and lower limits of the stomach and abdomen are rubbed. When you have done this work in the opposite direction, ie anti-clockwise, again in circular motions until you reach the navel once more.

What is happening is that you are brushing energy within your body, this gently massages the intestines, the blood vessels, and the digestive and eliminatory systems. Fatty accumulations and deposits are broken up and passed out of the body.

The exercise should take about two minutes, and be done twice each day. If you persist with the exercise it could aid weight loss, improve the condition of your heart and other internal organs. Blood vessels will gradually be strengthened. It will aid your digestion, and increase your vitality.

I'm Looking for the Windmills

It's past midnight. I still can't sleep. My stomach has been full of air, making me into a burping machine. Anyway, it's starting to feel better. I think I will do something different tomorrow. I might go see the windmills. (No, I don't intend to fight them. I just wanna see 'em.)

Depression has been keeping close track of me. And I'm really feeling somewhat lucid. I want to go see the windmills.

Physical Reason for Stuffing Myself

I was going to get some new photos of the boys, but they would not cooperate. I'll try again tonight.

I made it to the gym again this morning. Wow. That's two days in a row. I'm going for four.

My stomach still feels much better—although I'm more tired today than yesterday. I felt so good yesterday, I think I wore myself out.

Still pounding away on the piano. Right now, I'm still really confused over the notes. I know the keys, but when it comes to actually playing a song, suddenly I'm a klutz—well, that may not be sudden. I feel like I have flippers instead of fingers. Anyway, I'm practicing. I'm also looking into some piano software. I think that would be cool. A friend of mine is supposed to help me figure all of that out.

I ate breakfast before I went to the gym today, and now I'm hungry again. My stomach is growling—and it feels like actual hunger pangs and not that feeling that I need to stuff myself to make my stomach feel better.

We're having a Christmas lunch at work today. I think I can make it through without over doing it. Like I said, I no longer feel like I have a need to stuff myself. You know, sometimes our downfalls actually have a physical explanation.
