Natural healing exercise will help your stomach and weight loss


The simplest and most natural way to lose weight is by this effortless two minute exercise.

Begin by lying flat on your back and relax. If your are right handed use your right hand, and if you are left handed use your left hand. Place the palm of your hand on your navel then gently rub in a clockwise direction from the centre of the navel gradually expanding the movement in a circular motion until the upper and lower limits of the stomach and abdomen are rubbed. When you have done this work in the opposite direction, ie anti-clockwise, again in circular motions until you reach the navel once more.

What is happening is that you are brushing energy within your body, this gently massages the intestines, the blood vessels, and the digestive and eliminatory systems. Fatty accumulations and deposits are broken up and passed out of the body.

The exercise should take about two minutes, and be done twice each day. If you persist with the exercise it could aid weight loss, improve the condition of your heart and other internal organs. Blood vessels will gradually be strengthened. It will aid your digestion, and increase your vitality.

Big Arms

It's that time of year when I'm always sick. Yesterday I had a headache so bad I thought I was going to throw up. That's a nice way to start out isn't it?


On the nicer side of life, I do feel like my body is changing—toward the better. I can feel more muscles than ever now. I've lost at least another inch from my waist. My hips are smaller and tighter. My arms still need a lot of work. That has always been a trouble spot for me. My arms look like "man arms." Remember the episode of Seinfeld when he was dating the woman with "man hands"? Anyway. . . .

I've tried to add a lot exercises to my program that can address my "arm issues." But it takes so much longer for me to really get them in shape. It's frustrating.

I'm looking forward to working in the yard this year. I have so much more energy and I can do more. I have a lot of work that needs to be done inside, but I want to be outside. I want to plant flowers. I want to make my house look nice. This weekend is going to be cooler. So I still have to wait a little while longer. Que sera, sera.

Wine Before Bed?

I had another rough night sleeping. I did get about six hours. I've taken to drinking a couple glasses of wine before bed. I can then at least fall sleep even if I don't stay asleep. And I even stayed up until almost 10 p.m. I think I just have too much on my mind.


Where can a 49-year-old woman find a job writing and editing? I am so ready for a change. But I'm old, too. And that's true even if I don't see myself as old. So what am I to do?

This morning's workout was good. I felt much better for doing it. I considered staying in bed. It was an aerobics class. The instructor claimed she was recovering from strep throat and had low energy. Yeah, right. I wish I had that much energy when I'm feeling good. Anyway, it was good.

Once again today, I'm going to try to keep to myself. The less I know about the goings on here at work, the better off I am.
