Jakarta Police raided an alleged ecstasy and methamphetamine laboratory at Citra Housing Complex in Kalideres, West Jakarta on Monday, confiscating Rp 200 billion (about $22 million) in evidence.

Police showed reporters 50,000 ecstasy pills, 60 kg of ecstasy ingredients, 200 kg of methamphetamine and 30 kg of methamphetamine ingredients along with acetone and methanol on Tuesday. Jakarta Police narcotics chief Sr. Comr. Anjan P Putra said the raid was conducted after a two month surveillance.

“We arrested one suspect during the raid. We allege the ecstasy and meth made in this house are marketed in Jakarta as well as Bali,” said Anjan.

Monday's raid was the biggest drug raid in Jakarta this year.

In February, police raided a home they said was being used as a methamphetamine factory in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, where they confiscated 200 grams of methamphetamine.

Police said they arrested a mother and her two children in the raid, along with two domestic workers. They are still hunting for the woman's husband, who escaped.
