Dehydration Causes Cramps

Severe dehydration causes muscle cramps and back spasms. I woke up Friday morning with damn near every muscle in my body in some sort of cramped, contorted way. Severe dehydration causes water retention, too. I was so puffed up I didn't think I would ever feel OK again. However, I'm feeling much better today. My back still hurts a little bit—kind of sore from being cramped for so long. Always drink enough water is my lesson in this.


I didn't do anything over the weekend except try to recover. I did take Chance to a dog wash on Sunday. He's still mad at me.

I'm still waiting for warmer weather.

I hope I have more to talk about tomorrow.
