Short Update

The exercise is going well. I'm glad to be back in the gym. I met with a personal trainer, and he gave me two workouts to do—one for M-W-F and one for T-Th. I think the workouts are going to be fun. The machines at this gym are very smooth. Some are so smooth, it doesn't seem like exercise. I've worked out nine times now.

The eating is OK. Not as good as it was. Seems like if I'm OK in one area, I'm not OK in another. But the eating is as OK as it's going to get for right now.

So, sorry I don't have a lot to say today. I'll catch up once I can sit down and really think about creating a good post.
